Register athlete for new school year

Complete the following three forms online:

​

1. Radnor Ultimate Frisbee annual player registration

2. Radnor Ultimate Frisbee additional permissions

3. Concussion baseline testing

This following form must completed by an authorized medical examiner.

​

1. Print out the pre-participation physical form 

2. Have your authorized medical examiner complete the paper form

3. Follow the instructions on the RTSD Athletic website to complete your PIAA paperwork digital submission via Arbiter Sports.

Pay dues

 

Fall dues are $260.

For athletes who attended bootcamp all days, there is a $50 reduction in the fall dues.

Payment may be made via PayPal below, or check payable to Radnor Ultimate Frisbee Club. Checks may be given to Radnor Ultimate Frisbee coaches at practice.​​
