For returning Radnor High School athletes who participated in an RHS sport in the fall season of the same school year, fill out the following forms online:

1. PIAA recertification

2. Concussion baseline testing

Pay Dues

Dues are $260.

​

Payment may be made via PayPal below, or check payable to Radnor Ultimate Frisbee Club. Checks may be given to Radnor Ultimate Frisbee coaches at practice.​​​
